Is the Internet Going to Get Better Someday?

By Billy Gasper

If you are one of those who want the Internet to improve, you absolutely sure it will. In fact, in one or two hundred years from now that might not even be able to believe what you can do online. At this point it might be possible for your favorite pizza or a burger in any restaurant in the world, and to be delivered on the World Wide Web as soon as it leaves the oven.

Please do not laugh, only a century ago, most people never thought that man would ever be able to fly. Now you can get almost anywhere in the world in a matter of hours, or a few days at the most. If you were to ask people back in the 1900's if a man would ever walk on the moon, they would have thought that you were crazy for just mentioning something like that.

Only a few decades ago, there are a boy named Dick Tracy cartoons where the character had a magic watch him to make phone calls without being connected to the system. When it comes to the internet, if you can dream it, you can be sure someone is working on it.

The Internet can do all the other forms of transportation obsolete, allowing you to switch places with just thinking about it. In fact, the Internet, which allows ideas to flow anywhere can quickly become obsolete, eliminating the need to be physically connected to it at all. In fact, we're starting to see what happens now, with wireless Internet.

But, what happens when you do not need an internet at all to be connected to something that provides the same access to information as it does. If you believe that this is all too far fetch to even be believed, right now today, there is a company that has invented a material which clothes can be made from, that is invisible to the human eye.

So, without a doubt, the Internet will always improve and evolve. The problem is that most of us will not be around to witness some of the wonderful things that will be able to do in the future. If only I could help scientists learn how to extend our lifespan to a couple hundred years or so, then I think what we see when we reach 200 years old when the World Wide Web.
